1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BingPot mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet eligibility requirements.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person

• Provide false account information

• Share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App responsibly. You must not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Post unlawful, offensive, or harmful content

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App

• Reverse engineer or exploit the App

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. User Content

The App allows users to create and share content such as bets, notes, or game-related information.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant BingPot permission to display and transmit that content within the App as needed to operate its features.

We are not responsible for user-generated content or disputes between users.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional digital purchases that unlock features.

• All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store

• BingPot does not store payment information

• Refund requests must be directed to Apple

• Purchases are non-transferable

Availability and pricing may change without notice.

7. Service Availability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

BingPot is provided for entertainment and social purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
